Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Requirements:
- A Passed matric or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for retail and a passion for helping customers
