Job Overview / Summary:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Clerk to join our in-store team in Maitland. This role is at the heart of our customer experience — you’ll assist in-store shoppers, manage transactions, and assist in keeping the store running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

· Customer assistance: Greet and assist walk-in customers, answer questions, understanding their needs, and provide product recommendations.

· Sales transactions: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately in the store.

· Product knowledge: Stay informed about product features, promotions, and new arrivals to assist customers effectively in buying products.

· Store presentation & maintaining the showroom: Maintain clean, organized displays and ensure shelves are stocked.

· Customer service experience: Handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

· Team collaboration: Work with colleagues to meet sales goals and deliver excellent service.
