Retail Sales Consultant

Requirements:

• Matric
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience
• Fragrance Knowledge is advantageous
• Must be comfortable in dealing directly with customers
• Must have basic administrative skills i.e. Microsoft excel, word and email

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers who enter the shop
• Responsible for providing high-class customer service and increasing the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
• Be involved in stock control and management
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Stocking shelves with merchandise
• Answering queries from customers
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the head office
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers(Training will be provided)
• Balancing cash register with receipts
• Dealing with customer refunds
• Keeping the store tidy and neat
• Responsible for dealing with customers complaints
• Working within established guidelines, company policies and Procedures
• Receiving and checking the delivery of stock

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R5 500,00 - R8 000,00 per month
