Job description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team at M Moloto Direct. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales and merchandising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service· Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner

· Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targetsProduct Knowledge and Store Standards

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

· Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services

· Collaborate with the team to support sales and promotional activities

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications

· Grade 12 / Equivalent Qualification

· Valid RSA ID· Age: 18–27· Fast learner

· Good people skills

· Good at teamwork

· Must be goal-driven and energetic

Pay: From R1 500,00 per week

Work Location: In person
