Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will represent the brand in-store, engage with customers, promote products effectively, and support sales growth through excellent service and product knowledge. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming customer experience while ensuring merchandising and promotional standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Drive product awareness and support sales targets within assigned retail locations
• Deliver accurate and confident product information to customers
• Maintain strong in-store brand presence and ensure displays are clean, organised, and visually appealing
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations
• Build positive working relationships with store staff and management
• Keep up to date with product features, promotions, and competitor activity
• Complete daily or weekly sales and activity reporting as required
• Represent Snowball Impact Marketing (Pty) Ltd in a professional manner at all times

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Confidence in speaking with customers and promoting products face to face
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily tasks
• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends or public holidays when required

Nice to Have

• Experience working in field marketing, in-store promotions
• Familiarity with merchandising standards and retail compliance requirements
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets

Working Environment
