A key role that contributes to the seamless running of each store is Store Leader. They are the dependable go-to who can be counted on to support the day-to-day operations of the upcoming Jonsson Workwear Paarl. Through their comprehensive understanding of the store’s processes, they are equipped to support the team in maintaining an efficient store, ensuring a brilliant customer experience.

The Store Leader role requires a results-driven individual with experience in supporting a team across a range of roles, someone who takes initiative and is comfortable delegating and driving accountability.

The ideal candidate for this essential role will be required to:

• Be a go-to individual who can be relied on by the team you lead.
• Take charge of overseeing the daily operations of Jonsson Workwear Potchefstroom with precision and grace under pressure.
• Support, inspire and guide a motivated team that will contribute to the store’s ongoing success.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with the Business Leader, your team and your customers.
• Consistently follow up and follow through, ensuring tasks are completed and all customer queries are promptly resolved.
