WE’RE HIRING: STORE LEADER

New Store Opening – Malekane Mall

Steelpoort, Limpopo

An exciting opportunity awaits! We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-focused Store Leader to lead our new store team, drive sales growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive a strong sales culture and exceed store targets
• Lead, motivate and empower the store team
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities
• Maintain an exceptional customer experience and store environment
• Analyse sales trends and identify growth opportunities
• Manage administrative duties and ensure smooth store operations
• Ensure visual displays, mannequins, promotional areas and main tables are appealing, accurately priced and fully stocked

Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric certificate
• Previous supervisory experience within a clothing retail store
• Proven sales and employee-management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Computer literacy, including MS Office
• Clear credit and criminal record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R35,00 - R35,01 per hour
