We are Hiring-

Join our Team!

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands- on Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our clothing store.

* MUST BE PRETORIA BASED*

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Manage day- to- day operations of the store.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sles team.
Drive sales and achieve weekly & monthly targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally,
Monitor stock levels, oversee inventory, and minimize stock losses.
Ensure the store is always neat and clean, well- organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
Prepare team members schedules.

REQUIREMENTS:-

Must be Pretoria Based.
Minimum of 2- 5 years' retail management experience, in the fashion or clothing industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem- solving skills.
Computer literacy and experience with point- of- sale systems.
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
