Job Description:
Are you passionate about retail, skilled in team management, and adept at engaging with diverse customers?
We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our enthusiastic team at our upscale retail store.
This pivotal role focuses on driving foot traffic, increasing customer spending, and elevating our brand and offerings.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong strategic planning skills and meticulous attention to detail. They should be technologically proficient and comfortable using a variety of digital tools and systems.
The successful candidate will have the ability to build rapport quickly through a friendly and professional approach, communicate persuasively, and consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to clients.
They should thrive in a collaborative environment, make well-informed decisions in consultation with others where appropriate, and adhere closely to established company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations; including opening and closing of the store
- Provide expert advice on product selection
- Building lasting relationships for business growth
- Train and develop staff for excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and implement effective merchandising
- Processing of orders in a timely manner
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer service and product offerings
Qualifications:
- Profound knowledge of retail operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Previous retail experience within a similar role is required
- Computer literate
