What You’ll Do

Lead the team on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer service.
Coach, motivate and develop Sales Assistants to achieve their full potential.
Drive daily sales performance through product demonstrations and customer engagement.
Support the Store Manager with daily operations, stock management and visual merchandising.
Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and compliance.
Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Handle customer queries professionally and create memorable shopping experiences.
Foster an inclusive, positive and values-driven team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
A passion for customer service and delivering outstanding experiences.
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
Ability to motivate a team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Passion for ethical beauty, sustainability and the Lush brand values.

Experience:

Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
