What You’ll Do
- Lead the team on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coach, motivate and develop Sales Assistants to achieve their full potential.
- Drive daily sales performance through product demonstrations and customer engagement.
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, stock management and visual merchandising.
- Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and compliance.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Handle customer queries professionally and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Foster an inclusive, positive and values-driven team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- A passion for customer service and delivering outstanding experiences.
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate a team to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for ethical beauty, sustainability and the Lush brand values.
