Job description

We are looking for a energetic and driven Retail Supervisor to join our team. You will help lead the daily operations, guide staff, and ensure every customer gets great service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Team: Guide and motivate sales and cashier staff during shift.

Customer Service: Handle customer queries and fix complaints quickly and kindly.

Store Operations: Help open and close the store, manage cash-ups, and balance the till.

Stock & Visuals: Check inventory, restock shelves, and keep the shop floor neat and attractive.

Sales Targets: Drive daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) to reach store goals.

Requirements

Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Valid Driver license

Computer literate

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior assistant role.

Skills: Strong communication, basic computer literacy, and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility: Able to work retail hours, including Saturday's.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R7 500,00 - R9 000,00 per month
