Looking for your next opportunity in retail?
Retail Assistants is building a talent pool of great retail people — and we're doing recruitment differently.
Instead of only sending employers your CV, selected candidates will record a 45–60 second Candidate Introduction Video that allows employers to see your personality, experience and what you could bring to their store.
We're looking for:
- Sales Assistants / Sales Consultants
- Cashiers / Till Operators
- Store Managers
- Assistant Store Managers / Supervisors
- Stock Takers
- Merchandisers
- Visual Merchandisers
- Brand Ambassadors / Promotional Staff
We're looking for people who are friendly, reliable, presentable and genuinely enjoy working in retail.
More Than a CV
Your short introduction video will tell prospective employers:
- Who you are
- Your retail experience
- What you're really good at
- The type of retail role you're looking for
- Your current availability
- Why you'd be a great addition to their store
Your candidate video may be shared privately with suitable prospective employers looking for staff.
It will not automatically be posted publicly on social media.
