Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail/Entertainment Employee. This role will involve assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and entertainment, as well as a strong knowledge of current trends in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with finding products
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying displays
• Stay up-to-date on the latest gaming and entertainment trends to provide recommendations to customers
• Assist with inventory management and other store tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of gaming and entertainment products and trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
