Job description

We are looking for Retention Agents with experience in the financial markets (forex trading, stocks, commodities ) to join our successful and dynamic team

Responsibilities

Generating and developing trading volume from new clients
Ensure responsible trading and compliance to all regulations and company policies
Provide training to clients on the use of the Company platform and deposit process
Successfully present products by utilizing effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to solid product knowledge and compliance regulations.
Ensure all information on new activations are completed accurately
Ensure the constant flow of business to the department
Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as requested by Management

Requirements:

2+ years of works experience in Forex industry and same position or related
RE5 certification
Fluent in English (both written and oral), any other languages will be considered as an advantage
Proactive in daily tasks, positive personality
Excellent negotiation skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Dynamic and innovative Self-motivated and target oriented
Strong computer literacy
