Retentions Advisor

Job Purpose

The Retentions Agent is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement with the trading platform. The role focuses on maximizing client lifetime value by encouraging continued trading activity, assisting with deposits, reducing withdrawal rates, and providing market guidance while maintaining full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular contact with assigned clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Build strong relationships to improve client loyalty and trust.
• Ensure clients remain active on the trading platform.

Client Retention

• Identify clients at risk of withdrawing or becoming inactive and implement strategies to retain them.
• Encourage continued trading and additional deposits where appropriate.
• Address concerns or complaints quickly to prevent client loss.

Trading Support

• Guide clients on platform functionality and trading tools.
• Share general market insights and trading opportunities.
• Assist clients in understanding market movements and trading strategies.

Revenue Generation

• Work towards monthly deposit targets and trading volume goals.
• Upsell relevant trading opportunities to active clients.
• Encourage reinvestment of profits and additional capital allocation.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all communication and trading guidance complies with company policies and financial regulations.
• Avoid providing unauthorized investment advice or trading on behalf of clients.
• Maintain proper documentation of all client interactions.

CRM Management

• Record all client communication, notes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Set tasks and reminders for client follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client records.

Reporting

• Monitor client trading activity and account performance.
• Track deposits, withdrawals, and retention performance.
• Provide feedback to management regarding client trends and concerns.

• Client retention rate
• Net deposits
• Trading volume generated by clients
• Client activity levels
• Reduction in withdrawals
• CRM task completion and record accuracy

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Knowledge of financial markets (Forex, Commodities, Indices, Crypto)
• Ability to handle objections and difficult clients
• Strong organizational and CRM management skills
• Target driven and results oriented

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in retentions, sales, or account management
• Experience in online trading, forex, or financial services preferred
• Strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or similar)
• Good understanding of financial markets
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
