Retentions Agent – Join Our Growing Team
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and driven Retentions Agent to join our team in Century City. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment — this role is for you.
Role Overview
As a Retention Agent, you will play a key role in engaging with existing clients, resolving concerns, and helping customers continue to see value in our services. You’ll be at the heart of reducing churn and strengthening long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with clients to understand concerns and cancellation reasons.
- Offer tailored solutions and incentives to retain customers.
- Handle queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions.
- Identify trends and contribute to improving retention strategies.
- Work towards and exceed retention targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, call centre or retention roles (BPO/financial services preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience
- Target-driven, resilient and results-focused mindset
