Job description

Job title: Retention Agent

Location: Melrose Arch, Johannesburg

Salary: R15000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

-Contact existing clients to strengthen relationships and maintain engagement.
-Identify and address client concerns to improve retention rates.
-Proactively prevent account cancellations and recover at-risk clients.
-Present suitable products, services, and opportunities that align with clients' needs.
-Conduct account reviews and provide tailored solutions.
-Meet and exceed retention, sales, and revenue targets.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experiences.
-Stay informed about market trends and industry developments.

Requirements :

-Previous experience in sales, retention, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
-Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
-Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
-Professional telephone manner and confidence speaking with clients.
-CRM experience is advantageous.
-Financial services, trading, or investment industry experience is a plus but not essential.

Pay: R15 000,00 per month
