Opportunity: Retention Specialist - Gaming Industry (Not Customer service)

Our team of experienced agents consistently earns substantial commissions, with opportunities exceeding R100,000 per month in commissions. Position: Retention Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Conversion: Engage newly registered customers to introduce our client's products, aiming to convert them into active, depositing customers.

- Retention: Foster relationships with existing customers across all statuses (dormant, active, VIP) to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate the value and features of our offerings to customers during the onboarding process.

Key Roles:

- Collaboration: Work collaboratively in teams to address customer issues, optimize opportunities, and drive revenue.

- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed all revenue targets.

- Dialer Activity: Maintain the required daily total calls and talk time.

- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly.

- Risk Management: Follow risk management protocols to identify, assess, and mitigate business and customer risks.

- Communication: Effectively communicate sales, objections, problems, and goals with superiors to uphold service quality and our client's reputation.

Responsibilities:

- Communication: Effectively communicate sales, objections, problems, and goals with superiors to uphold service quality and our client's reputation.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • - 2+ years of experience in direct sales or outbound calling (we will not employ people without existing outbound sales experience).

- Experience in Online gaming/lottery/forex/ Face to face industries are advantageous

- Performance-Driven: Take ownership of accuracy and meeting targets.

- Flexibility**:** Able to work international hours (UK/US or European)

- Persuasive negotiation skills

- Time management skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Note: Our interview process is rigorous due to limited vacancies and our preference for individuals with a proven track record. While our upskilled agents can earn over R100,000 per month in commission, achieving this level of remuneration requires dedication to building your pipeline over at least six months.
