Job description
Registered Nurse with 2yr + experience in a Retirement Village and Clinic
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Compliance with relevant nursing legislation, policies and professional standards.( Dept of Health and Social Development.)
Experience in Assisted Living, Full Care or frail-care environments.
Experience with short-term recuperative care.
Additional relevant nursing care: Wound Care, Alzheimer's/Dementia Care.
Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
Knowledge of medication administration and nursing procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Compassionate and resident - focused approach.
Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)
