Job description
The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For
- Ensure structured rollout and formalise training of all new and revised safe work procedures.
- Verify competency through practical assessments and documented sign-offs.
- Strengthen compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
- Standardise training quality across departments.
- Proactively address behavioural and operational risk factors identified during incident investigations.
- Support Management in embedding a sustainable safety culture.
The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements
- Matric.
- 1 - 2 years experience in a poultry environment.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as problem solving and planning skills.
- Have a passion for implementing 20 Keys.
- Have a passion for training personnel.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
