Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a driven Road Logistics Field Sales professional to grow our Road Logistics business across Southern Africa. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers, developing existing accounts and driving profitable growth within the SME customer segment.

How you create impact

• Identify, develop and win new Road Logistics business through proactive customer engagement and prospecting
• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while strengthening long-term relationships
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Road, Air, and Sea to deliver customer solutions
• Support quotation processes, customer onboarding activities and commercial negotiations
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within our CRM system and provide market feedback What we would like you to bring

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or transport sales, preferably within Road Logistics
• A proven track record of developing new business and managing customer relationships
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of logistics operations and customer supply chain requirements
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and perform in a target-driven environment
• Fluency in English, a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required What's in it for you
