Requirements

• Grade 12/NCV level 4.
• 1 – 2 year’s work experience in public cleaning/ tourism environment.
• Customer service.
• SANParks Tourism Standard Procedures.
• Health and Safety Awareness.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning in and around chalets (changing bed linen, sweeping and mopping floors or vacuuming, polish furniture, empty trash containers.
• Cleaning public areas.
• Reporting abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Control inventory items and ensure that the appropriate amounts of inventory items are present in chalets.
• Report maintenance defaults into maintenance register.
• Help in laundry when necessary.
• Delivers high-quality services; is committed to continuous improvement.
• Manage Customer expectations.
• Address customer needs.
• Evaluate Customer service.
• Responds to and anticipates client needs in a timely, professional, helpful and courteous manner, using effective interpersonal skills.
• Strives to consistently meet service standards.
• Effectively plans, schedules, prioritizes and controls activities.
• Organizes and prioritizes tasks so they can be performed within the specified time and achieve the most efficient use of time.
• Prioritize work.
• Manages own time effectively.

Please Note

Candidate will be required to reside outside the park and official accommodation will not be made available to the successful candidate.

Appointment will be in accordance with EE plan targets.

Salary

R127,497.16 – R170,600.60 Annual Package
