Position Title: Roving Merchandiser – FMCG
Location: Limpopo
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a high energy, results driven Roving Merchandiser to manage our brand presence across key retail sectors, specifically SPAR, Pick n Pay and major Wholesale accounts. You will be responsible for driving stock availability, maximizing shelf health, and executing promotional displays across your assigned route. The ideal candidate understands the unique operational differences between corporate retail and wholesale environments and thrives in a fast-paced field role.Key Responsibilities

Store Visits & Route Adherence: Execute daily call cycles to assigned SPAR, PNP, and Wholesale outlets, ensuring maximum time on the shop floor.
Shelf Health & Stock Replenishment: Pack shelves according to agreed planograms, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO), and minimize out-of-stocks.
Wholesale Bulk Merchandising: Build, tidy, and maintain high-volume bulk displays and pallet drops typical in wholesale environments.
SPAR & PNP Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with store-specific promotional grids, buying sheets, and promotional end-caps.
Pricing & Signage: Verify that current point-of-sale (POS) materials, shelf-talkers, and correct price labels are clearly displayed.
Stakeholder Relations: Build strong working relationships with Store Managers, Floor Managers, Receiving Managers, and Buyers to secure extra display space.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 1–2 years of merchandising experience specifically within SPAR, Pick n Pay, or FMCG wholesale environments.
Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
Valid South African driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle are strictly required for daily travel.
Excellent understanding of retail terminology

Pay: R5 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
