ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our FCM team as an FCM Support Consultant and play a vital role in ensuring invoicing accuracy, financial compliance, and exceptional customer outcomes. This role sits at the heart of operational excellence, supporting dedicated FCM bookings while helping mitigate risk and maintain robust reporting processes. You'll collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve payment and billback issues, improve workflow efficiency, and deliver high-quality support. If you thrive on problem-solving, accuracy, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage invoicing activities for dedicated FCM bookings within required turnaround times.
• Record and invoice transactions accurately from booking.
• Retrieve tickets and ensure customer documentation is sent correctly.
• Action or void VPOS transactions on the same day.
• Flag unfinished bookings to reduce potential write-offs.
• Reconcile invoices accurately by month-end.
• Follow up and manage debit and open ledgers.
• Provide commentary on ledgers older than 30 days.
• Deliver timely updates and feedback regarding bank reconciliations.
• Manage unchecked items daily to prevent duplicate invoicing and overstated TTV.
• Troubleshoot billback failures and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
• Investigate card declines and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Complete payment links where hotels do not accept VCC.
• Report deployment failure cases to Conferma.
• Collaborate with FCM teams, support functions, leadership, customers, and suppliers.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric required.

• Travel qualification advantageous.

• RSA citizen.

• Minimum 2 years' invoicing and/or finance experience.

• Amadeus experience advantageous.

• High attention to detail.

• Experience in troubleshooting.

• Ability to work within financial processes and procedures.

• Strong administrative and reconciliation skills. What's in it for you
