How you'll role

As a Post Article SAIPA Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and the South African Revenue Service (SARS) to provide excellent accounting services.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Compilation of annual financial statements
• Perform Independent reviews
• Submission of monthly VAT
• Calculate income tax for individuals, companies and trusts
• Calculate provisional taxes
• Liaise with SARS
• Submission of income tax returns for companies, individuals and trusts

What you'll need

• A recognized degree
• Completed SAIPA articles
• Computer literate: Outlook. Word, Excel, etc.
• Caseware experience
• Xero and Pastel experience
• Own car and driver's license
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• South African citizenship
