Zibuke OnCall is a modern appliance repair subscription service. Our customers pay a small monthly fee that starts at R259. We collect their broken appliances, we repair them with care, and we return them working perfectly. You control your own daily schedule. You also get daily support from a Sales Manager who lives and works right in your own town, so you are never selling alone.

Your Daily Duties

Your schedule runs from Wednesday through Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00. Each day, you will complete five clear duties that move you toward your goals.

You will meet prospects in your community or sell online through community groups of appliance owners.

You will ask homeowners about the age and type of their appliances so you can qualify them for our repair plans.

You will complete four to five successful sales calls every day so you can hit your monthly target.

You will write a detailed note in our online employee portal immediately after every sales call.

You will call your Sales Manager at the end of every day to share how your day went and to receive coaching and encouragement.

How You Get Paid

We believe in rewarding hard work right away. You start in a paid assessment phase that lasts up to three months. This phase is commission only, which means you earn a direct commission on every single sale from day one. The moment you sell 45 packages, you pass the assessment immediately.

Once you pass, you secure a guaranteed permanent salary of R7,500.00 every month. You also unlock generous performance bonuses for every package you sell above your monthly target of 20. Your effort gets rewarded twice, first through your guaranteed salary, and then through bonuses that grow as you do.

Your Fast Track Promotion

We do not care about office politics. We care about your results. When you hit your monthly bonus target five times, you are automatically promoted to Sales Manager. Your effort decides your future here, not your seniority.

What You Need To Apply

You need a reliable smartphone and a strong desire to sell face to face. You must feel ready to prove yourself during a commission only assessment phase. You must be willing to work closely with a local manager every day and welcome their support.
