Sales Account Manager

• Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of pre sales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Address product related questions and technical challenges
• Educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business growth
• Build relationships with decision makers, business contacts, and influencers
• Development and execution of new solution strategies to build new offerings with customers
• Accurate forecasting of the week, month, quarter, and FY, leveraging Zoho and its capabilities
• Developing and expanding relationships with customers and OEM’s
• Effectively working with other Makwa internal organizations (e.g. sales, customer experience, Finance, Supply Chain) to drive customer requirements needed to achieve customer and Cisco business outcomes
• Drives a sales process through a 90-day sales cycle with a 120-day pipeline view
• Inspires customers by confidently articulating the client's strategy, technology vision and business relevance

Qualifications

• 3-year Degree/Diploma (NQF 6) preferably in Engineering or Information technology

Experience

• 5 years’ experience preferably in the same or similar role within the ICT environment

Required Licenses

• Cisco or Microsoft or AWS or Google or Lenovo or Dell Certifications

Pay: R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
