Job description

Job Summary:

To provide administrative support to the relevant business unit(s), including sales tracking, scheduling trade visits, managing expenditure and collating feedback.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

? Sales Documentation, Record Keeping, Reporting & Analysis

? Coordination with Internal Teams

? Inventory and Stock Management

? Data Entry & CRM Management

? Client Relationship Management

Effective Self-Management

? Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained

? Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures

? Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands

? Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change

? Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs

Minimum Qualifications:

National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4)

Relevant Regulatory (RE) qualification or in progress Diploma/Degree in Business Administration

Experience:

6-12 months Secretarial/Administrative experience

6-12 month CRM experience

Data Management & Reporting: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, maintaining accurate records, and generating operational reports.

Analysis: Ability to use Excel for data analysis, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.

Formulas & Formatting:

Competency in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, including the use of basic formulas, formatting, and organization of large datasets.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Basic Financial Acumen:

Communication skills (verbal & written)

Financial management skills

Planning & organising skills

Time management

Attention to details

Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, specifically for data capturing, creating reports, and analyzing performance

data.
