Job description
Job Summary:
To provide administrative support to the relevant business unit(s), including sales tracking, scheduling trade visits, managing expenditure and collating feedback.

? Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained

Minimum Qualifications:
National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4)
Relevant Regulatory (RE) qualification or in progress Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
Experience:
6-12 months Secretarial/Administrative experience
6-12 month CRM experience
Data Management & Reporting: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, maintaining accurate records, and generating operational reports.
Analysis: Ability to use Excel for data analysis, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
Formulas & Formatting:
Competency in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, including the use of basic formulas, formatting, and organization of large datasets.

Attention to details
Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, specifically for data capturing, creating reports, and analyzing performance
