Sales Administrator
Location: Rietfontein, Pretoria.
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer accounts, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders.
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments where required.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting or ERP software (Pastel, Sage, Xero, or similar) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: R6 253,24 - R15 000,00 per month
