Job description
Maximize South Africa is a leading South African technology services provider, specialising in office automation, IT support, telecommunications, networking, and security solutions. Maximize delivers tailored business technology solutions that improve efficiency, connectivity, and productivity for organisations across various industries. We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing of credit applications either manually or via Docusign
- Checking that details of supporting documents are current and correspond to credit applications
- Check that the Cloud Quote corresponds to the credit application
- Draft the Sales COF in accordance with the Cloud Quote sign off pages and applying relevant document fees, lead comm and settlement details that are available at the time
- Liaising with Customers & Account Managers for any information outstanding
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts in NUCLEUS
- Submitting credit applications and supporting documents to Discounting for approval
- Once a Maximize Approval is received from Discounting check that all approval conditions are met
- Update Sales Customer Order Form with finance house and check that factor corresponds to approval received
- Raise orders in NUCLEUS for Procurement to order stock in line with Sales COF & Cloud Quote Sign off page
- Once serial numbers received drafting insurance and landlord confirmations
- Send insurance & landlord confirmation to the accounts contact person on the credit application
- Follow up for insurance and landlord confirmations prior to installation commencing
- Follow up on any outstanding paperwork with Account Managers
- Assist with requesting updated Settlements, updating Customer Order Forms
- Compile Docusign Agreements and follow up on signed contracts
- Manual contracts to be completed with serial numbers, checked and signed by Rentor
- All supporting documents, credit applications, contracts and Cloud Quotes to be scanned and saved to the server in the correct folders
- Generate and follow up on Machine exchange addendums when required
- Drafting and sending Welcome Packs on the day that deals are paid out
- Liaise with Customers on queries when needed
- Assist Account Managers with queries
- Ensure Original Contracts and files are ready for collection by the Bank
- Print Customer Order Forms to get checked and signed by Account managers for Commissions
- Filing of all deals once completed and maintaining the physical and digital filing system in accordance with POPI.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Sales Administrator in the Office Automation / ICT Industry
- Must be Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
Pay: R14 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
