Sales Administrator – Remote (Cape Town) | Exciting Opportunity with a UK-based Property Finance Business!
📍 Location: Remote – Cape Town, South Africa
⏳ Contract: Full-time, Permanent
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm) UK Hours
💰 Salary: 30 , 000 - 33,000 rands depending on experience
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment? Do you enjoy taking ownership, staying one step ahead and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks?
We're recruiting on behalf of an established UK specialist property finance business that is experiencing significant growth. This is an opportunity to become a key member of a close-knit team, providing vital support to experienced Business Development Managers and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised, commercially aware and confident enough to manage priorities, chase actions and keep cases progressing.
Property finance experience is highly desirable, but we're equally interested in exceptional Sales Administrators who can demonstrate initiative, urgency and the ability to learn quickly.

Our client is an established UK specialist lender operating within the property finance market. They provide bespoke funding solutions for investors and developers, including:
- Buy-to-Let finance
- Bridging loans
- Development finance
- HMO and conversion projects

The Role
Working remotely as part of the UK sales team, you'll become the operational backbone for several Business Development Managers.
You'll manage enquiries from initial enquiry through to instruction, ensuring cases move quickly and clients receive an outstanding level of communication throughout the process.
You'll have access to the sales team's inboxes, manage workloads, liaise with clients, organise valuations and legal quotations, prepare indicative lending terms and proactively keep every case moving.
This is a busy role where responsiveness, ownership and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new loan enquiries through the CRM system.
- Create and maintain accurate client records.
- Request and coordinate property valuations and legal quotations.
- Prepare and issue indicative lending terms.
- Liaise with clients throughout the application process.
- Monitor Business Development Managers' inboxes and respond where appropriate.
- Ensure enquiries are progressed promptly and deadlines are met.
- Chase outstanding information from clients and third parties.
- Work closely with underwriters and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
- Provide first-class administrative support to the sales team.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 3-5+ years' experience within Sales Administration, Sales Support or a similar role.
- Experience supporting busy sales professionals.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- The confidence to manage multiple priorities independently.
- A proactive mindset with genuine ownership of their work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive experience would be advantageous).
Highly Desirable
- Previous experience within UK property finance, mortgages, bridging finance or lending.
- Understanding of property transactions or financial services.
- Experience preparing lending terms or supporting finance applications.

You'll receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support, including:
- Full CRM and systems training
- Product and process training
