Sales Advisor

We are seeking suitably qualified Sales Advisors to oversee all Sales functions within our Lewis Knysna store. The ideal candidate needs to take ownership of all branch Sales activities. Ideal candidates would have solid experience in furniture retail environment and would have had exposure in sales, customers service, credit control and sales administration within the retail environment

The role will

• Ensure excellent customer service by playing an active role in customer contact situations – thereby ensuring and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
• Achieving of Personal Sales targets within company accepted norms and balance this against business risk.
• Maintain and improve customer service, by ensuring professional after sales customer service.
• Ensure Stock loss is minimized through compliance with security measures, stock, and cash handling. procedures.
• Able to adapt to various environments.
• Willing to work under pressure and work Retail hours.
• Willing to work in the field and conduct PC’s early in morning and after 5pm at night.

Requirements:

• A Matric/Grade 12 educational qualification.
• Minimum 2 years Retail Experience preferably in the furniture retail.
• Computer Literate
• Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
