JOB ADVERTISEMENT: CALL CENTRE AGENTS

Location: Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas, KwaZulu-Natal

Position: Call Centre Agent

Croco Royal Trading is looking for motivated, confident, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Call Centre Agents. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about communicating with people, providing excellent customer service, and working towards achieving company targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive telephone calls professionally.

-Communicate with customers clearly and confidently.

-Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update the company's system.

- Follow company procedures and maintain professional conduct.

- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the company's success.

Minimum Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

- Good telephone etiquette.- Basic computer skills.

- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.

- Previous call centre experience will be an advantage, but applicants willing to learn are welcome to apply.
