Fast Action Claims is a UK-based company specialising in mis-sold finance and irresponsible lending claims. We help customers understand their options and pursue potential compensation where lenders may have failed to lend responsibly across products such as loans, credit cards, payday loans, car finance, overdrafts and more.

Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our team and are looking for experienced, motivated and target-driven Sales Agents to join us remotely in South Africa.

The Role

As a Sales Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers who have already shown an interest in our services.

You will work with warm and hot inbound/outbound leads, speak with customers over the phone, understand their circumstances, explain our services, qualify potential claims and convert suitable customers.

This is a target-driven sales role where your performance and results directly contribute to your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have submitted enquiries about our services.
• Handle warm and hot inbound and outbound leads.
• Build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.
• Understand customer circumstances and identify potential opportunities.
• Clearly explain our services and the claims process.
• Qualify customers against the required criteria.
• Confidently overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes.
• Consistently achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are confident, resilient and motivated by results.

You'll ideally have:

• At least 1 year of sales, telesales, customer service or call centre experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confidence handling objections and closing sales.
• A strong work ethic and a target-driven mindset.
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A positive, professional and resilient attitude.
• Good English accent.
• Advanced level of speaking and reading English
• Previous UK sales or offshore call centre experience is advantageous.
