Ergasia is recruiting on behalf of our client for energetic, confident and target-driven Sales Agents to join a three-month fixed-term sales campaign.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy speaking to customers, and are motivated by earning commission, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your sales ability while working on a defined lead generation and sales campaign.### Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months' pure sales experience in a contact centre environment.
• Previous experience selling vehicle tracking solutions will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Good computer literacy and experience capturing customer information on CRM systems.
• Reliable, professional and well-presented.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Pretoria.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Promote vehicle tracking products and explain their benefits.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Close sales and secure completed contracts.
• Accurately capture customer information.
• Follow up on outstanding applications and fitment appointments.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful installations.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
