Sales Agent (Gas and Electricity)

Gas & Electricity Sales Agent We are seeking confident, motivated, and target-driven Gas & Electricity Sales Agents to join our expanding BPO team. The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting UK customers, identifying opportunities to reduce their energy costs, and switching them to more competitive gas and electricity tariffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective UK customers.
• Promote gas and electricity products and services effectively.
• Identify sales opportunities and present tailored solutions.
• Build rapport quickly to deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
• Handle objections confidently and persuasively.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure all sales comply with campaign guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• Minimum of two years' proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within Gas & Electricity or Utilities sectors.
• Previous UK BPO sales experience is highly advantageous.
