Job description
We are looking for an experienced professional to handle the marketing and sales development of building materials. The role involves promoting products, developing new markets, building relationships with contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and distributors, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
The candidate will also be responsible for searching, recruiting, and managing experienced sales agents who have strong knowledge of the building materials industry and established market connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for building materials.
- Find and appoint experienced sales agents in target markets.
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and construction companies.
- Generate new sales leads and expand customer networks.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Support sales agents to achieve business targets.
