Sales Agent

We are looking for energetic, confident, and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Agents to join our growing team in Western Cape.

The successful candidates will visit approved businesses and customers within their assigned area, introduce our products, build customer relationships, and generate sales while following all applicable South African laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits within the assigned territory.
• Approach and engage legal-age customers and approved retailers professionally.
• Introduce and explain the company's vaping products and offers.
• Generate new customers and develop repeat business.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Take customer orders and ensure accurate order information.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Report daily sales, customer feedback, and market activity to the sales manager.
• Promote products only in accordance with applicable South African vaping and tobacco-product regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.

Requirements

• Previous door-to-door or field sales experience is an advantage.
• Vaping, FMCG, retail, or consumer-product sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Good knowledge of the local area is an advantage.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be legally permitted to work in South Africa.
• Must comply with applicable age restrictions and advertising/sales regulations.

Compensation

Basic Salary: To be discussed
Incentives: Available for achieving sales targets

Pay: R1 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
