We are building a lead generation team in our Tygervalley office, and we are looking for people who genuinely enjoy talking to others. You bring high energy to every conversation, you build strong rapport and connect with people easily, and you are a natural influencer — goal driven, and motivated by what you are able to earn. You never run out of things to say, you can turn a stranger into a conversation within thirty seconds, and you want an income that reflects your effort rather than a fixed monthly figure. Best of all, while you earn you also build: full training, transferable sales and communication skills, and formal working experience to carry forward into your longer-term career goals.

What you'll be doing

• Calling warm & cold leads
• Engaging with digital inbound leads instantly
• Using AI-enhanced systems to guide conversations & boost productivity
• Understanding basic client needs and explaining simple financial solutions
• Handling objections with confidence
• Keeping CRM notes updated
• Using diallers and live chat platforms

• You think on your feet. You listen, you adapt, and you find a different angle instead of repeating a script.
• You communicate well — spoken and written. Clear, confident, and professional in both.
