Lead Generation and Sales Agents

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Lead Generation and Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and the ability to identify potential customers, generate quality leads, and convert opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls and other sales channels.
• Contact prospective customers to introduce products and services.
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Engage with customers professionally and build strong business relationships.
• Follow up with prospects to maximise conversion rates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Confidence in engaging with prospective customers.
• A target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle objections and persuade potential customers.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, or a call centre environment will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate customer records.
