Sales Agent

Job Purpose

We are seeking skilled Sales Agents with a background in long-term insurance to drive a new campaign. If you are a target-driven professional who excels at understanding customer needs and providing honest, helpful solutions, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll not only sell products but also ensure every customer interaction is meaningful. You will meet and exceed sales targets, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain full compliance with all legislative requirements (FAIS, TCF) while consistently providing an outstanding customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sales: Sell products/services, update databases, conduct market research, provide detailed product/service information, reach sales targets, adhere to standards and guidelines, and prospect for new clients.
• Customer Handling: Deal with all queries relating to product information, build customer relationships by promoting the brand and its products, and appropriately escalate complaints.
• Administration: Diligently and precisely capture information, generate daily/weekly/monthly productivity reports, accurately disposition call outcomes, and escalate queries/complaints timeously.

• Matric
• Clear ITC and Clear Criminal Record
• NQF 5 FAIS 120 credits (preferred)
