Role Overview

Snowball Impact Marketing (Pty) Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to help drive business growth by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, and contributing to a team focused on delivering strong commercial results.

The Sales Agent will play an important role in generating leads, converting opportunities, and maintaining positive customer interactions that support long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, online channels, or in-person interactions
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that align with their goals
• Generate new business opportunities through outreach, follow-up, and relationship building
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates
• Meet and work toward individual and team sales targets
• Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
• Handle objections with confidence and a solution-focused approach
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer experience
• Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and market trends

Required

• Grade 12 /NQF LEVEL 4
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, direct marketing, or a client-facing role
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers and presenting solutions
• Ability to work toward targets and maintain motivation in a performance-based role
• Good listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
• Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Experience in lead generation or outbound sales
• Knowledge of marketing or promotional services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
