Job description
We need a results-driven Sales Agent who can independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing six-figure deals in the solar and battery storage sector. You will leverage your existing network (EPC contractors, installers, distributors) while aggressively hunting new opportunities.
1. Business Development (Hunting Focus)· Proactively identify, qualify, and acquire new B2B customers (solar installers, system integrators, project developers, and wholesale distributors).· Build a robust pipeline of 1M+ in active opportunities to exceed the R500k/month minimum consistently.· Conduct cold outreach (calls, site visits, industry events) daily; this is not a desk-based role.
2. Account Management· Present LVTOPSUN’s solar panel and battery product portfolio, emphasizing ROI, cycle life, warranty, and compatibility.· Prepare technical-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close contracts within delegated authority.· Upsell battery storage alongside solar panels to increase average deal size.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy· Monitor competitor pricing, inventory levels, and incentive changes (net metering, tax credits, rebates).· Provide weekly feedback to LVTOPSUN on product gaps or regional demand shifts.
4. Sales Operations & KPIs· Update the CRM daily with lead status, forecasts, and reasons for lost deals.· Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery; resolve payment or shipping issues as the first point of contact.
Pay: R15 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
