Overview

Isibanisezwe Holdings is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Agents to join our team in Richards Bay, South Africa. This is an on-site role for individuals who are confident in engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.

The successful candidate will play an important role in promoting products or services, building strong customer relationships, and helping the business meet its sales targets. This position suits someone who is proactive, professional, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Meet individual and team sales targets through consistent sales activity
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Conduct product or service presentations in a clear and professional manner
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and customer interactions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and outcomes
• Prepare quotations, orders, and other sales-related documentation as required
• Resolve customer queries and escalate more complex issues when necessary
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and market trends
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to support broader sales objectives
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its standards in all customer interactions

Requirements

Required

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, direct marketing, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers and presenting products or services
• Ability to work toward targets and deliver results
• Good negotiation and persuasive selling skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate records
• Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Richards Bay, South Africa

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail, field sales, call centre sales, or business development
• Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Richards Bay
• Experience using sales tracking tools or customer relationship management systems
• Additional training in sales, marketing, or customer relations

Working Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Richards Bay, South Africa. Remote working is not available. Sales Agents will work in a team-oriented environment focused on performance, accountability, and customer engagement.
