Position: Sales and Appointment Setter | South Africa
Salary: 14,000 - 16,000 ZAR per month
Working Hours & Conditions: Aligned with UK business hours.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This position is an outbound cold calling and lead reactivation role designed to generate qualified business meetings for a UK-based facilities management firm. Reporting to company leadership, the hire acts as the primary engine for initial client acquisition, responsible for turning cold or dormant B2B (Business-to-Business) database contacts into booked sales appointments. Over time, the role expands to cover the entire pipeline from prospecting to deal closing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to business decision-makers in the UK market.
- Systematically reach out to prospects within an existing database.
- Promptly follow up on incoming leads and past inquiries.
- Re-engage dormant business contacts and previous accounts.
- Establish rapport to uncover specific client requirements.
- Secure and schedule qualified sales appointments.
- Maintain complete and accurate call tracking and client records within the CRM.
- Diligently pursue pipeline opportunities across multiple communication channels.
- Progress sales conversations further along the pipeline as your expertise develops.
- Identify opportunities to close suitable deals and earn additional performance commissions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in appointment setting, telesales, SDR, BDM, or outbound cold calling.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A natural, confident, and professional phone presence.
- Prior experience interacting with business owners and executive decision-makers.
- Strong capabilities in building rapport and managing objections effectively.
- Comfort and confidence in conducting high-volume outbound phone calls.
- High standards of CRM maintenance and organized follow-up discipline.
- The capability to operate autonomously during UK business operating hours.
- Experience in B2B service sales, commercial cleaning, property maintenance, facilities management, or trade services is advantageous.
