We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Assistance to join our team! As a Sales and Customer Service Executive, you will manage client relationships, support help drive sales growth through excellent service and effective communication.
Golden Point Marketing is seeking enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Assistants to support daily store operations, welcome customers, and help create an enjoyable in‑store experience. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in retail and looking to develop strong customer service and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product information and store navigation
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system
- Handle customer queries and escalate concerns when needed
- Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving store sales goals
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide consistent service
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed high school education or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as restocking
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service
