Job Description – Sales and Marketing Manager (Stem Cell Products & Biotech)

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth in stem cell banking, stem cell-derived products, and biotech solutions across our group. This role is primarily focused on sales leadership, client acquisition, and market expansion, with marketing activities serving as support to achieve aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve enrolment and product sales targets.
• Mentor and motivate sales representatives to consistently exceed performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Medical and research partners and institutions, clinics and biotech distributors.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships to secure long-term business growth.
• Elevate brand preference by positioning our products as the superior choice in the market.

Client Acquisition & Engagement

• Conduct direct sales meetings and counselling sessions with healthcare professionals, and institutional buyers.
• Present biotech product solutions tailored to client needs.
• Organize workshops, product demos, and webinars to generate leads and close deals.
• Ensure representation at relevant Expos, conferences and events to support awareness and education around regenerative medicine opportunities and products.

Market Expansion

• Identify and penetrate new geographic markets and customer segments.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies proactively.
• Develop channel partnerships and distribution networks for biotech products.

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Assign and monitor daily leads to sales executives.
• Track lead quality, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
• Report regularly on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Business.
• Experience: 5–10 years in healthcare/biotech sales with proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge: Stem cell technology, biotech product commercialization, healthcare regulations.
