Reporting Line

You will report directly to the Executive Strategic Coordinator or any other person designated by the Company.

Role Purpose

This is a results-oriented role. We need someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, hearing 'no', learning from outcomes and consistently creating opportunities without needing to be chased.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Economics, Finance or a related field. An Honours degree is advantageous.

Experience

Sales, client acquisition or relationship-management experience is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.

· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

· Conduct prospecting, outreach, presentations, meetings and follow-ups.

· Understand client needs and translate them into appropriate business solutions.

· Prepare proposals, quotations and business development materials where required.

· Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline information.

· Build professional relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.

· Track sales activity, conversion rates, revenue opportunities and performance against targets.

· Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitive developments.

· Work closely with marketing and operations teams to convert opportunities into sustainable business.

Working Environment

Pay: R6 000,00 - R11 000,00 per month
