Sales & Appointment Setting Agent (Call Center)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales & Appointment Setting Agents to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls and/or handle inbound inquiries from prospective customers
• Present products or services clearly and confidently
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs
• Set appointments for sales teams or close sales directly
• Handle objections and provide accurate information
• Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred
• Clear criminal record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Proficient in English
